04Deposits & Withdrawals

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on xx999bd:

• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used for deposits. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 1,000.
• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals via mobile banking and electronic wallets are typically processed within 1–24 hours.
• If suspicious activity is associated with a withdrawal, xx999bd may place the payment on hold during the investigation.

05Betting Rules

All betting activity on xx999bd is governed by the following rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless xx999bd voids it due to a technical error.
• The odds displayed are finalised based on the odds recorded on the xx999bd server.
• Xx999bd is not liable for losses caused by internet disconnection or device issues.
• If a sports event is cancelled, bets will be refunded. For accumulator bets, the cancelled event will be counted at odds of 1.00.
• Xx999bd reserves the right to void all bets on events linked to match-fixing or corruption.
• The maximum single bet allowed per account is determined by your account level.

06Bonus & Promotion Terms

All xx999bd bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the general terms below. Specific terms for each offer are listed separately on the promotions page.

• The welcome bonus is available to first-time registered members only and can be claimed once per member.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within a specified period after activating the bonus, or the bonus will be forfeited.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after wagering the required amount.
• If multiple accounts from the same IP address or device attempt to claim bonuses, all associated accounts may be suspended.

07Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on xx999bd and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Placing bets using automated bots, software, or scripts.
• Operating an account using another person's identity.
• Using xx999bd for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting technical errors or software bugs.
• Placing bets using coordinated strategies against the platform (Arbing).

08Responsible Gaming
